摘 要:采用营养液培养的棉苗饲养二斑叶螨 Tetranychus urticae Koch,用梅岭霉素、阿维菌素对其逐代进行抗性选育 ,至第 9代 ,测定了两个抗性种群的抗性水平、生命力和繁殖力。结果表明 :梅岭霉素抗性种群的抗性达 7.9倍 ,其雌成螨寿命、产卵量、卵的孵化率和后代若螨成活率分别比对照增加 5 4 .0 8%、39.93%、6 .5 7%和 - 15 .4 4 %。阿维菌素抗性种群的抗性达 5 .8倍 ,其雌成螨寿命、产卵量、卵的孵化率和后代若螨成活率分别比对照增加 15 .88%、10 .87%、5 .86 %和 - 9.32 %。由此发现梅岭霉素和阿维菌素对二斑叶螨的生长发育和繁殖有一定有利作用 ,抗性风险性较大 ,应引起重视。The resistance selection of Tetranychus urticae Koch reared on cotton to meilingmycin and abamectin were carried out. The resistance level,the life vigor and the fecundity were (determined) after resistance selection for nine consecutive generations.The results showed that the resistance of Meilingmycin-resistance strain was 7.9-fold,the life period of adult,oviposition number of female,hatchability of egg and survival rate of next generation of T.urticae increased by 54.08%,39.93%,6.57%,-15.44% compared with that of the CK respectively after (resistance) selection of one strain to meilingmycin for nine consecutive generations.When (resistance) selection of a second strain to abamectin for nine consecutive generations,the (resistance) of abamectin-resistance strain was 5.8-fold,the life period of adult,the oviposition quantity per ♀,hatchability of egg and survival rate of next generation of the mites were 15.88%,10.87%,(5.86%,)-9.32% over that in CK respectively.It is clear that the two (insecticides) have stimulation effects on the development of mites,and have resistance risk.So the two (insecticides) should be paid attention to timely.
