摘  要:为了获得导管式水稻分秧栽植机构的最佳抛栽效果 ,对抛栽过程中的秧苗运动进行了分析 ,并针对实例进行了参数优化。结果表明 :秧苗在分秧栽植机构抛栽过程中的运动由分秧段自由落体运动、沿导秧管壁的滑动和脱离导秧管的抛栽运动构成 ,导秧管边行抛栽性能最差。在初始参数确定后 ,影响抛栽性能的主要因素是导秧管倾角α以及导秧管垂直高度h2 与秧苗脱离导秧管后的垂直落差h3 的分配比率。以获得最大抛栽速度为目标的参数优化结果为 :当α =4 8°时 ,抛栽速度达到最大 ,抛栽效果最好 ;各参数值为 :h2 =0 133m ,vz=4 4 6m·s-1,λ=75 1°,Hd=1 0 2m。In order to obtain the optimal transplanting effect, the seedlings movement was analyzed and the parameters of the set of distributing and transplanting seedling with channels were optimized. The analysis results showed that the movement of the seedlings can be separated to the free fall when seedlings was parted, the glide along the channel and the throw movement separated from the channel. The side-channels have the worst capacity of throw seedlings. After the original parameters was fixed on, the main factor affecting the capacity throwing seedlings of the machine are the angle of the canal(α) and the ratio of h 2/h 3. In order to get the most speed throwing seedling, the parameters was optimized. When α=48° the speed throwing seedling is the most and the transplanting result is the best; and the parameters are h 2= 0.133?m, v z=4.46?m·s -1 , λ=75.1°,H d= 1.02?m.
