摘  要:应用有限元单元法对光纤陀螺结构进行了振动摸态仿真 ,利用Polytec PS2 0 0激光测振仪实现了陀螺的高精度测振 .发现振动环境中结构的共振是影响陀螺精度的主要因素之一 .验证了合理的结构可有效地提高光纤陀螺在振动环境中的精度———优化后的陀螺在相同振动环境中零漂减小了 65 %The vibration stability of FOG (fiber-optic gyroscope) is one of the most important factors in design. With the theories of vibration analysis and finite element analysis (FEA), the natural frequency, vibration modes and dynamic analysis were calculated and simulated by ANSYS5.7. The FOG's vibration modes, within 0-5 kHz, were measured with Polytec-PS200 vibration meter. Compared with the FOG's output characteristic under the vibration, the relation had been found between components' vibration characteristic and the vibration stability of FOG. An optimization structure of FOG was provided based on the research results. It's null shift output was minimized about 65%.
