城市出租车拥有量确定方法

摘　　要：通过对城市居民和流动人口出行特征与出租车运营特征的调查分析,分析了城市出租车拥有量与出租车所承担的城市客运交通周转量及出租车空驶率的关系,提出了一种城市出租车拥有量的确定方法。该方法以出租车的空驶率、有效行驶里程、平均运营车速和平均日运营时间为参数。实例分析表明该方法既可以对目前城市所需要的出租车拥有量进行测算,也可以对规划年份出租车拥有量进行预测,简便实用,可操作性强。This paper studied the relationship between urban taxi quantity, taxi unloaded ratio and its turnover quantity of citizen and floating population by the investigation of citizen, floating population trip character and taxi operation character, put forward a taxi quantity confirming method, the calculate parameters of this method were taxi unloaded ratio, effective driving mileage, average operation speed and average daily operation time. The results indicate that this method can calculate both today's and future demanded quantity of taxi, it is simple and convenient.
