摘　　要：设计了一种用于 LCD驱动的 4位专用微处理器 ,按照功能框图对其特点进行分析。该微处理器具有丰富的指令集 ,能够满足 LCD显示的各种要求 ,系统最大特色就是提供了比较完备的用于测试片内模块故障的测试模式。在对系统各模块的结构和功能进行分析基础上 ,在测试模式下 ,对系统功能。Features and functional diagram blocks of a 4-bit MPU which is used in LCD driver are introduced. It contains plenty of instruction sets so that it can satisfy different LCD display mode. For the sake of testing system fault, self-contained test modes such as Program ROM test mode, adder test mode and I/O test mode are offered in this MPU. Under each test mode, function and power consume of the chip is simulated, and the result is given out.
