摘  要:利用强电离放电,将烟气中大部分O2、N2、H2O等气体分子电离后再按羟基(OH)结构模型加工成高浓度OH,在120℃不用外加催化剂吸收剂的条件下,在等离子体反应室内将SO2直接氧化成H2SO4雾,再用予荷电宽极距电收雾器加以回收成重要化工原料H2SO4.实验中分别研究了气体中的含水量、含氧量以及放电间隙内折合电场强度E n等因素对脱硫效率的影响.实验结果表明,含水量、含氧量以及折合电场强度的增加,都可以使SO2脱除率显著提高,在适宜的条件下,SO2脱除率可达到100%.Using strong ionization discharge, a majority of gas molecules in flue gas such as O_2, N_2 and H_2O are ionized and made into hydroxyl radical (OH) of high concentration on OH structural model. Under the condition of 120 ℃, non-catalyst and non-absorbent, SO_2 is directly oxidized into fogdrops of H_2SO_4 in plasma reactor, and then are collected as an important resource in precharge wide-gap precipitator. Some factors affecting SO_2 removal efficiency such as water content and oxygen content in flue gas, reduced electric field intensity E/n in discharge space are studied in this experiment. Experimental results show that SO_2 removal efficiency obviously increases with increasing water content, oxygen content and reduced electric field intensity increasing. If the condition is fitting, removal of SO_2 can attain to 100%.
