摘  要:介绍了色谱-质谱-质谱分析方法及其在生物标记化合物研究中的应用,通过对比可以看到色谱-质谱-质谱在检测痕量生物标记化合物、分析复杂甾、萜类化合物定性、定量方面具有独特优势。色谱-质谱-质谱由于是两级质谱串联比色谱-质谱增加了选择性,有了更强的分离能力,提高了对复杂混合物如甾、萜类化合物定性和定量的可靠性。色谱-质谱-质谱可以检测到通常色谱-质谱检测不到的含量低,又被C_(27)甾烷掩盖的具有应用价值的C_(26)甾烷和轻质油中痕量生物标记化合物。This paper introduces a GC/MS/MS analyzing method and its application in the study of biomarkers. Through comparing experiments, it was found that this method has special dominance in checking trace biomarkers and in determining nature and fixing quantity of a complex sterane and terpane. The GC/MS/MS provided more choices and more strong separabilities than traditional GC/MS because of its adding double MS joints, so this method can detect trace biomarkers in a light oil, and also can detect the very little and but very valuable sterane which can' t almost be done with the previous traditional method and is covered by C27 sterane. The maturity parameter often being used in geochemistry, αααC29 20S ( 20S +20R) from a GC/MS is lower than from a GC/MS/MS, but there exists a very good linearity between both.
