摘 要:煤体粒度是巷道煤层自然发火的主要影响因素,由于其受煤体硬度、地质构造、矿压显现、采煤方法等多种因素影响,在井下精确测定十分困难,通常根据经验划分一个范围,但误差较大。本文从煤体粒度的各影响因素入手,采用层次分析和模糊评判相结合的方法,并依据最大隶属度原则,对实际条件下巷道松散煤体的粒度等级进行了综合评判,提高了评判结果的可靠性和准确性,通过工程实例,验证了评判方法和结果的正确性,从而为巷道松散煤体自燃危险区域判定及发火期预测提供了依据。The coal particle size, which is influenced by the hardness of coal, geological structure, the pressure indices, the method of coal mining and so on, is the main influencing factor for spontaneous combustion of coal around roadway. It is very difficult to accurately measure the particle size of loose coal and there is a grave error by plotting a rough range using expert's experience. By analyzing the each factor which influences the particle size of loose coal around roadway, an evaluation of the particle size grade is performed using analytic process and fuzzy synthesis methods and according to maximum subjection degree. This method proved the credibility and precision of the result. The criterion method and the result are proved correct by the engineering test. Foundation for judging the spontaneous combustible zone and predicting the spontaneous combustion term also has been provided.
