摘　　要：目的　探讨中老年人群高血压患者脉压与心电图异常的关系。方法　 2 6 19例中老年人年度健康体检 ,测血压和心电图检查 ,并对其中 75 1例高血压患者进行分析。结果　高血压病人群心电图异常率与非高血压人群比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;高血压人群中心电图异常者脉压差大于心电图正常者 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;不同脉压水平 ,随着脉压差的增加心电图异常、收缩压增长 (P <0 0 1～ 0 0 0 1) ,而舒张压增加不明显 ;随着年龄的增加收缩压增高 ,舒张压反而降低 ,脉压差增大 ,心电图异常率逐渐增加 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　高血压人群脉压与心电图改变有关 ,脉压应作为评价高血压危险度和降压效果的重要指标。Objective To explore the relationship between pulse pressure and electrocardiogram (ECG) abnormality in essential hypertensive patients in middle-old age population. Methods A sampling survey on blood pressure and electrocardiographic examination among 2619 subjects of middle-old age was performed and among them 751 essential hypertensive patients were analyzed. Results The ratio of ECG abnormality was higher in hypertension group than in normal-tension group (P<0.05), pulse pressure of ECG abnormality group was higher than that of ECG normality, the prevalence of ECG abnormality increased with increasing pulse pressure (P<0.05), the level of SBP and pulse pressure increased but DBP decreased with age increasing (P<0.001), the ratio of ECG abnormality also increased. Conclusion Pulse pressure in essential hypertensive patients was related to ECG abnormality, pulse pressure should be an important index to evaluate the hypertension risk and the effect of high blood pressure treatment.
