摘　　要：我国工程建设每年投入上万亿元,通过科学的工程造价管理,使我国工程建设更好的发挥其经济效益和社会效益。通过研究国内外工程造价管理现状、工程造价管理学术前沿研究状况,提出我国工程造价管理改革发展方向,以更好的为我国的工程建设业服务。Our country invests more than one thousand billion in construction project. By scientific cost management, It can make construction project more economic. This paper presents the development direction of our country's engineering cost management reformation in order to serve our country's construction industry by researching on the status and discipline front of international and domestic cost management.
