摘　　要：企业需要不断调整商务流程去适应市场竞争的变化。然而,他们经常受到无法适应商业动态变化的静态IT系统的困扰。基于这种考虑,提出推行BPM(Businessprocessmanagement)技术。它是一种全新的管理信息系统开发技术,利用全新的工作流程和EAI技术,以流程为中心的开发特性,获得了强大的适应性和灵活性,越过了企业流程重组的壁垒,创造出了独特的竞争优势。The Enterprise needs adjust its business process to meet the requirement of competition. But it is always hindered by the static IT system.BPM(Business Process Management),based on the technology of workflow and EAI,is a new flexible information system with process-centric approach,and will benefit both business and IT management.
