摘　　要：在分析我国目前土地征用制度的现状及存在问题的同时,总结土地征用制度改革的成功经验和不足,从征地范围、征地补偿和征地程序三个方面提出了土地征用制度改革的构想,探讨了以农村集体土地产权制度、农地流转市场、农地定级估价等为基础的征地制度改革的支撑体系。In discussing the situation of and the problems in China's land requisition system, this paper summarizes the experience and weaknesses in the reform of China requisition system, raises the conception of the reform of land requisition system in ways of requisition range, requisition compensation and requisition procedure, and discusses the supporting system of the reform of land requisition system based on farmland property right system, farmland conversion market and the work of grading and defining the farmland level and price.
