半夏泻心汤对胃电节律失常大鼠胃壁c-kit基因表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察半夏泻心汤及其拆方对胃电节律失常大鼠胃壁组织c kit基因表达水平的影响 ,探讨该方的作用机制。方法 :制备胃电节律失常模型 ,用RT PCR (reversetran scriptivepolymerasechainreaction ,逆转录多聚酶链式反应 )法检测半夏泻心汤及其拆方对胃壁c kit基因表达水平的影响。结果 :各用药组均能下调c kit基因的表达 ,与模型组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :半夏泻心汤治疗心下痞证 (调节胃肠运动 )可能与其调节c kit基因表达有关。Objective: To observe the effects of Banxiaxiexin Decoction and its broken prescriptions on the expression level of c kit gene in the tissue of gastric wall in the rat with electrogastric arrhythmia and to explore the mechanism of the Decoction. Methods: To establish rat model of electrogastric arrhythmia and to examine effects of Banxiaxiexin Decoction as well as its broken prescriptions on the expression level of c kit mRNA by reverse transcriptive polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results: Banxiaxiexin Decoction and all the divided groups reduced the expression of c kit mRNA, and showed significant differences compared to the model group ( P <0 05). Conclusion: The action of Banxiaxiexin Decoction in treating epigastric fullness and distention (regulating the movement of stomach and intestines) may have close connection with its adjustment to the expression of c kit mRNA.
