脱叶剂对棉叶中植物生长调节剂含量的影响及脱叶机理初步研究

摘　　要：新疆作为我国的最大产棉区 ,棉花的采收成本较高。采用人工调控脱叶有利于机械采收 ,但是脱叶剂脱叶效果将影响机械采收。因此本文初步研究了不同棉花脱叶剂对棉叶中脱落酸及乙烯含量的影响及脱叶机理。结果表明 ,喷施不同的脱叶剂后都在不同程度上促进了脱落酸和乙烯的生成 。s:Xinjiang is the biggest cotton planting area in China, where the picking cost of cotton is high. It will be useful for picking of machine with manpower controlling, but the impact of defoliant will influence the machine picking. In the paper, the preliminary study is finished on effect of the content of plant growth regulator in cotton tissue with defoliant and its mechanism. It is shown that the ABA & C 2H 4 can be promoted in general after spraying different defoliants,and the effect of synthesized defoliant excelled the commercial products.
