苦瓜种子发芽技术的研究

摘　　要：本研究认为苦瓜种子的适宜浸种时间为 10 h,适宜浸种和催芽温度均为 30℃ ;变温催芽显著降低苦瓜种子的发芽率和活力 ,0 .5 0 g/ L GA3浸种 2~ 4 h再用清水浸种8h能提高苦瓜种子的发芽率和活力。The suitable soaking time of bitter gourd seeds was 10h, the suitable temperature of soaking and germination of bitter gourd seeds was 30℃. Germinating by varied temperature decreased germination percentage and vigor of bitter gourd seeds significantly, and 8h soaking with water after 2-4h soaking with 0.50g/L GA 3 increased germination percentage and vigor of bitter gourd seeds.
