温度和药剂处理对白魔芋实生种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：本试验用 2 5 %和 30 %两种浓度水平的 PEG6 0 0 0 (聚乙二醇 )、5 0 mg/ L 和 10 0 mg/ L 的 BA(6 -苄氨基嘌呤 )、1mg/ L和 5 mg/ L的 GA (赤霉素 )、0 .5 %和 1%的 Fe SO4 · 7H2 O、0 .5 %和 1%的硫脲、0 .2 %和 0 .5 %的 KNO3、5 0 mg/ L和10 0 mg/ L的α-萘乙酸等七种药剂对经消毒和未经消毒的白魔芋实生种子进行浸种 ,并在 2 5℃、35℃两种温度条件下进行催芽 ,观察白魔芋实生种子萌发生长情况。结果表明 :各预处理在 2 5℃条件下催芽效果较好 ,可视为最适温度 ;在药剂处理中以 1%硫脲、5 mg/ L GA的预处理对白魔芋实生种子萌发生长的效果最好 ;经 5 mg/ L 多菌灵浸泡消毒的白魔芋实生种子与未经消毒的白魔芋实生种子相比较萌发率相差不大 。Used by 7 medicament controls,such as 25% and 30% PEG6000, 50 and 100mg/L BA, 1 and 5mg/L GA, 0.5% and 1% FeSO 4·7H 2O, 0.5% and 1% Thiourea, 0.2% and 0.5% KNO 3, and 50 and 100 mg/L α Naphthy aetic acid, etc., this experiment deals with the non sterilization or sterilized true seed of Amorphophallus albus by soaking, and artificial germination at 25℃ and 35℃, in order to observe the germination and growth status of the true seed. As a result, the artificial germination effect of every preprocessing is better under 25℃, which can be regarded the most suited temperature. The 1% Thiourea and 5mg/L GA preprocessing effects are best for the germination of true seed among all of medicament controls. The difference of true seed germination rate is small between the true seed soaked and sterilized by 5mg/L Carbendazin and the non sterilization, but the germination day of the former is early.
