乡镇计生服务站的生存与发展——四川省四市六县、区计生服务站的调查

摘　　要：对四川省南充、德阳、内江、资阳四市的仪陇、蓬安、旌阳、中江、东兴、资中六区、县266个计生服务站的调查表明:管理体制未理顺、技术队伍结构不合理、复合型人才缺乏、经费投入不足是困扰乡镇计生服务站发展的主要问题。为此,必须在办站方式、管理办法、人事管理、内部管理方面进行有效改革。According to the investigation conducted in 6 districts of Sichuan Province, the article shows that the main obstacles in terms of tangly management system, irrational personnel structure, lack of comprehensive talents and scanty of fund investment have been blocking the development of the family planning service stations in villages and towns. Hence, effective reforms must be carried out in such aspects as sevice station operation mode, management methods, personnel management and service range management.
