摘　　要：通过对外缘内曲翻边应力应变状态的分析,导出了预测变形区的变形和对毛坯尺寸进行修正的解析式,经与有限元数值模拟和实验结果对比,证实该公式有较高的精度,可以用于确定毛坯尺寸。The inward flanging stress and strain distributions of the outer fringe of the sheet metal are analyzed. Analysis formulas for predicting the distortion of the flange surface and for amending the blank dimensions are educed. By comparison of the results with that of the finite element analogue and experiments, The formulas have been verified to have high precision and can be used to determine blank dimensions.
