彗星式纤维滤料直接过滤的试验研究

摘　　要：论述了将彗星式纤维滤料应用于压力过滤器的中试情况。试验结果表明 ,进水浊度为 1 5～ 6 0NTU ,滤速 2 0～ 80m/h的条件下 ,彗星式纤维滤料过滤器运行稳定。主要技术指标为 :出水浊度≤ 1NTU ,悬浮物去除率≥ 96 1 % ,过滤周期 6 5～ 1 6 5h ,周期产水量 2 6 0～ 5 6 0m3/m2 ,截污量1 8～ 33kg/m3滤料 ,反冲洗耗水率 1 %～ 2 % ,剩余积泥率 0 5 %～ 2 %。The experimental performance of a pressurized comet fiber filter (CFF) pilot plant shows that at condition of raw water turbidity (15～60 NTU) and filtering speed (20～80 m/h), the CFF works stably. Output water with turbidity less than 1 NTU and SS removal excess than 96.1% have been obtained at operating parameters as filtering cycle in range of 6.5～16.5 h, specific water yield in range of 260～560 m 3/m 2, pollution catching in range of 18～33 kg/m 3 (of filtering media), water backwashing rate in range of 1%～2%, residue sludge in range of 0.5%～ 2% respectively.
