摘  要:CO2储罐属低温压力容器,其过渡管座与内容器之间的焊接为16MnDR和0Cr18Ni9之间的异种钢焊接,且焊缝形式是厚板封闭环焊缝,拘束度大,焊接性较差。此焊缝的焊接对于CO2储罐的整体质量至关重要。通过对储罐材质的焊接性分析,设计的焊接工艺应用于储罐现场的焊接,焊缝质量达到了产品的焊接技术要求。The welding between pipe connector and inner container of cryogenic liquid CO 2 tank was done by welding between two different types of steels0Cr18Ni9and16MnDR.The welding seam is a closed circular seam in a thick steel board and the welding was carried out under a strong restraint state.The quality of this welding seam is important to the whole cryogenic liquid CO 2 tank.Through analysis of weldability of the base metals,a welding procedure is proposed.
