论人才价值论是现代劳动价值论的核心

摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展、知识经济的到来、经济全球化步伐的加快,马克思主义政治经济学面临着严峻的挑战,尤其是劳动价值论。本文在坚持劳动价值论基础上,深刻揭示人类劳动的深层本质和现代劳动特点,根据人才在创造价值中的地位和特殊作用,提出人才价值理论,并认为人才价值论是劳动价值论的核心内容。试图在此基础上,既坚持劳动价值论,又科学地说明和解决现实存在的问题,力求更好调动各类人才的积极性、主动性、创造性,实现党的十六大提出的各项战略目标。As the result of the development of the socialist market economy ,the advent of the knowledge economy and the increase of the global economic,the Marxist plutonomy especially the labor axiology is facing an austere challenge. This thesis on the basis of sticking to the labor axiology reveals the deep essence of the human labor and the characteristic of the modern labor profoundly. It also brings forward the talent axiology on the basis of the important and special role that talent plays in the creating value. And it considers that talent axiology is the center content of the labor axiology. The thesis attempts not only to stick to the labor axiology but also to explain and solve the current problems scientifically on these basis to activate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of different kinds of talents and realize all stratagemical goals given by the Sixteenth National People's Congress.
