项目融资费用分担及联合支付进度问题研究

摘　　要：首先对研究所用到的符号进行定义 ,随后讨论项目融资费用分担及合同双方收益问题 ,在此基础上构建一个由两个优化模型组成的项目联合支付进度数学模型 ,通过求解该模型可以得到使双方联合收益最大化且按商定比例分担项目融资费用的支付进度安排 。The denotations used in the paper are defined firstly. Then the problems of financing costs allocation and profits of the two parties' of contracts are discussed. On the basis of the results achieved, the mathematic model of project joint payment schedule composed of two optimal models is constructed, and by solving this model the payment schedule which can maximize project joint profits and allot financing costs according to the ratio agreed by contractor and client may be obtained. Ultimately, the outcomes of the paper are illustrated by an instance.
