三七加味汤对药物流产阴道出血量和出血时间的影响

摘　　要：目的观察三七加味汤对药物人流后阴道出血情况的影响。方法观察Ⅰ组于药流后次日口服中药Ⅰ号 ,每日 1剂 ,连用 7d ;观察Ⅱ组于药流后 1 1日起口服中药Ⅱ号 ,每日 1剂 ,连用 5d。并与不服任何药物的对照组作比较。结果观察Ⅰ组阴道出血量总评分显著少于对照Ⅰ组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,阴道出血持续时间停经 45d之内者显著少于对照Ⅰ组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;观察Ⅱ组阴道出血量总评分停经 45d以内者明显少于对照Ⅱ组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论三七加味汤能减少药流者阴道出血量及缩短出血时间 ,但应在流产后早期使用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Supplemented Notoginseng Decoction (SNGD) on vaginal hemorrhage among cases following drug-abortion.Methods Cases in treating group (TG) were treated with SNGD begun on the next day following drug-abortion, one dosage each day for seven days, and those in controlling group (CG) were given another formula of herbs, also one pack per day for five continuous days and started on the 11 th day after drug-abortion.Moreover, other cas es without any drugs given following the procedure were taken as the blank controls (BC).Results Significant therapeutic effcts on vaginal hemorrhage were seen among the cases of TG,both in the volume and lasted period of bleeding.These effects seen in TG were significantly superior to that of CG (P< 0.01 ),while the therapeutic effects were significantly higher in CG than that in BC (P<0.01).Conclusions SNGD is effective in reducing the volume and shortening the period of vaginal hemorrhage following drug-abortion.However, it should be given as earlier as possile following the procedure.
