摘  要:在室温常压下,对Zr41.2Ti13.8Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5块状非晶合金在对称循环应力作用下的力学性能进行研究,获得了疲劳破坏寿命S-N曲线,并对其疲劳断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,非晶合金具有与晶态合金相似的疲劳破坏过程。分析了非晶合金与晶态合金在疲劳寿命上的不同是因其显微结构上的差异所致,并从力学性能方面分析了其破坏机理。The mechanical properties of Zr_(41.2)Ti_(13.8)Ni_(10)Cu_(12.5)Be_(22.5)bulk metallic glass under symmetrically cyclic stress investigated at room temperature and normal pressure were studied. The S-N curves were obtained and fracture surface was analyzed.The results show that fatigue fracture of bulk metallic glasses have similar processes compared with crystalline metallic material.The difference between the microstructure of amorphous and crystalline materials, which caused the difference in fatigue life, was analyzed and the fracture processes was characterized in view of mechanical properties.
