摘　　要：对 1株棒状杆菌 10 14中分离到的 2个质粒 pXZ10 14 5 .1和 pXZ10 14 2进行了相互关系分析 .序列分析显示pXZ10 14 2源自 pXZ10 14 5 .1.pXZ10 14 5 .1包括 6个开放读码框 (openreadingframe ,ORF) ,其中ORF1编码 2 4 7个氨基酸 ,经缺失分析是复制酶 .在 pXZ10 14 5 .1上发现 1个转座子TN4 5 ,转座子上有CMR基因和TNP基因 .一对颠倒重复序列IR1a和IR1b位于 pXZ10 14 5 .1和 pXZ10 14 2的交互处 ,两边是顺向重复序列ATCTAG .Two plasmids, pXZ10145.1 and pXZ10142, isolated from one strain of Corynebacterium glutamicum 1014 were analysed. Comparison between the pXZ10145.1 and pXZ10142 sequences showed that the plasmid pXZ10142 originated in the excision from the plasmid pXZ10145.1. The sequence of pXZ10145.1 revealed 6 open reading frames (ORFs). ORF1 encoding 247 amino acids encompassed the replication protein, which was proved by deletion analysis. A transposon-like structure Tn45 was implied from the DNA sequence of pXZ10145.1. It contained a CMR gene, a TNP gene, and two inverted repeat sequences IR1a and IR1b, which are located at the junction between (pXZ10145.1) and pXZ10142. The direct repeat sequences are ATCTAG flanking both inverted repeat sequences of IR1a and IR1b.
