摘　　要：尽管以OCC废纸抄制瓦楞原纸已日益增多,阔叶木NSSC浆依然是高档瓦楞原纸的主要纤维组成。2002年,美国NSSC浆产量为527万t,估计在今后若干年内还将以0.3%～0.5%的速率持续增长。不少NSSC浆厂采用以流化床装置为核心的蒸发、燃烧、亚硫酸化工艺流程,克服了NSSC黑液热值较低的问题,取得了良好效果。值得注意的是,1974年投入生产的Sonoco化学品回收法,运转多年,证明也是行之有效的方法之一。Even through more and more OCC are being used for the manufacturing of corrugating medium during recent years, hard wood neutral sulfite semi-chemical pulps still remain as the major fibrous furnish in high quality production In 2002, nine million metric tons of corrugating medium were produced in the United States, consuming 5 27 million metric tons of hardwood NSSC pulp And an average annual increase of 0 3%～0 5%in corrugating medium production will be expected in the foreseeable future years A number of NSSC pulp mills in the United States adopted the fluidized bed technology for the incineration of their low heat value black liquor, claiming successful chemical recovery achievements It is also noticed that a unique Sonoco recovery process for handling NSSC black liquor had been running smoothly since the mid seventies of the last century
