摘 要:在传统的木质纤维加工过程中,增强剂可以使最终产品获得较好的机械强度,这些增强剂包括用于中密度纤维板生产的合成树脂和广泛用于纸张生产的湿强剂。由于环保和经济的原因,人们开始研究淘汰合成增强剂生产人造板和纸张的新生产工艺。漆酶催化木素氧化可以促进木质纤维间的自粘合性,本文综述了使用漆酶、漆酶/木素抽出液及漆酶/介体处理高得率未漂硫酸盐化学浆可以不同程度地提高未漂浆的湿强度,但干强度没有改善。In conventional processing of lignocellulosic fibers, strength additives are added to obtain better physico-mechanical properties of the material These additives include synthetic resins for boards made from mechanical fibers, and strength additives for a wide range of paper products including resins for generation of wet strength For environmental and economical reasons it is of interest to produce fiber boards and paper products without the use of synthetic adhesives Enzymatic oxidation of lignin phenolic hydroxyl groups can enhance the level of auto adhesion In the paper it was discussed if laccase treatment had any impact on the tensile strength of a high yield unbleached kraft pulp Treatment with laccase alone had only a very little effect on the wet strength of the pulp, whereas addition of lignin rich extractives increased the wet strength significantly after the enzyme treatment A mediated oxidation gave a similar improvement of the wet tensile strength although no lignin was added to the fiber suspension Furthermore, it was found that a heat treatment combined with a mediated oxidation gave a higher improvement in wet tensile strength than could be accounted for by the individual treatments No change in dry tensile strength from the laccase treatment was observed
