摘　　要：作者随访了46例急性心肌梗塞的患者,探讨了复职率、劳动量变化、性生活等有关生活质量的问题及死亡率与冠心病防治情况。分析发现,复职率达71.4％,虽然劳动量多有不同程度的减少,但绝大多数患者的生活质量保持在原基础上。故积极开展康复医疗对急性心肌梗塞患者实属必要。A follow-up study in 46 patients of acute myocardial infarction was carried out after rehabilitation. The quality of life (including the rate of work resuming, work capacity and sexual life, etc), mortality, morbidity, prevention, and treatment of coronary heart disease were suggested that the rate of work resuming is 71.4%, though the work capacity had been reduced analyzed. The data to Some extent. The quality of life remained on the level before AMI in most of them. From the result, active rehabilittiaon of AMI should he very necessary.
