急性心肌梗塞两周康复程序(附7例报告)

摘　　要：对7例急性心肌梗塞患者执行两周康复程疗,患者均为男性,平均56.2岁。梗塞部位为:前间壁4例、前壁1例、广泛下壁1例、前间壁和下壁1例。其中6例顺利完成程序。平均所需时间13.5天,平均代谢当量5.83Mets。另1例在运动试验中当代谢当量达3.2Mets时,因出现心前区不适及心电图伪性改善而改行四周程序,并于第32天顺利完成100W踏车运动试验。表明以步行训练为主要内容的两周康复程序是安全可行的。A two weeks rehabilitation programme in7 cases of AMI is reported. The programme refered to the famous 'Seven-steps rehabilitation programme' given first place to ambulation. Metabelie requirements, as a target of the exercise test, was determined soon after finishing the programme. The average age of 7 males was 53.2. 6 cases finished the programme smoothly, the avverage days of taking low-level exercise test was 13.5, the average 5.83 Mets; One of the cases appeared unwell in the precordia and fale improement of ECG in the exercise test, so the two-weeks programme was stoped and the four-weeks programme was taken. The results suggested that two-weeks programme for AMI would be safe and feasible.
