摘　　要：诚实信用是市场经济和法治社会对人们在道德层面上的基本要求。社会转型期道德秩序的失衡,政府政策的不确定性,私有财产权未作为宪法权利予以保障是目前我国信用缺失的主要原因。要重塑信用观念和建立信用体系,使信用和法律共同成为维护市场秩序,促进建立法治社会的基本力量。Credit is fund mental requirement of Market - economy and legal society on the basis of morality. Because of social reform, the main causes of credit disequilibria in nowadays include moral order disequilib-ria, uncertainty of administrable. policies and unconstitutional private property rights . So the conception and architecture of credit should be established, which is the fundamentals power to market - economy order and to facilitate the establishment of legal society, as well as the law does.
