摘　　要：目的 了解SARS对军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康的影响。方法 运用中科院心理研究所设计的心理测评量表,对全国范围内8家军队医院发热门诊和普通病房工作的医护人员进行心理问卷测评,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果发现在SARS疫情期间,8所军队医院发热门诊医护人员躯体化、抑郁2个因子评分明显高于普通病房医护人员,经t检验,有显著性差异,P<0.05;焦虑、强迫因子得分略高于普通病房医护人员,经t检验,无显著性差异。女性医护人员焦虑,强迫因子得分明显高于男性,经t检验,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论 采用心理学研究及时了解一线医护人员的心理状态,采取相应的措施.在今后类似的突发性公共卫生事件中,保持医护人员的心理健康,并提高工作效率。Objective To Study on effect of SARS on mental health of medical staffs in fever clinic of military hospital. Methods During breakout of SARS, the medical staffs in fever clinic and common ward in 8 selected military hospitals were investigated by the psychological questionnaire and psychology table designed by Psychology academe of Chinese Academy of Science. The results were analyzed statistically. Results Being examined by t-test, the factor score of somatization and depression of medical staffs in fever clinic were significantly higher than those in common ward (P<0.05). The factor score of anxiety and compulsion of the former were slightly higher than that of the latter, but there was no significant difference. The factor score of anxiety and compulsion of female staffs were significantly higher than that of male (P<0.05). Conclusion It is important to promote the mental health of medical staffs in fever clinic and take some corresponding measures to maintain their mental health and improve efficiency in the case of sudden breakout of public hygienic affairs in the future.
