摘　　要：对54例冠状动脉介入治疗患者术后心率、心律、血压、精神状态、疼痛性质、部位、镇痛等方面进行监护,及时预防和发现病情变化,及早处理。结果54例冠状动脉介入治疗患者除1例高危患者死亡、3例急诊行冠状动脉搭桥术外,余患者治疗较成功,心功能有不同程度恢复。In order to prevent and identify patients' health deterioration timely, and handle with it as early as possible, medical staff monitored heart rate, heart rhythm, blood pressure, mental state and types and position of pain of 54 patients who received coronary arteries intervention treatment. All cases recovered quite well and their cardiac index (CI) increased to a different extent except one died and three received acute CABG.
