摘  要:1994~ 2 0 0 2年在东北农业大学校内农学试验田进行了作物定位轮作的长期试验研究 ,分别就不同作物轮作体系的土壤微生物、土壤优质真菌及土壤肥力的演变做了研究和分析 ,现将 1997年大豆、玉米、小麦可生育期间对其土壤微生物环境影响结果加以总结。结果表明 ,土壤细菌和放线菌数量均前期较低 ,生育盛期和成熟期较高 ,土壤真菌数量以前期最高 ,生育中后期数量有所减少 ;三种作物相比 。The long term experiment of crop rotation had been started and conducted at the agricultural experiment plot in the campus of Northeast Agricultural University,since the spring of 1994~2002.The effects of soil microorganism environment and soil fertility due to crop rotation were investigated and analyzed.The results presented in this paper are the effects of growth and development of soybean,corn and wheat on the soil microorganism environment,based on the analysis of growing seasons during 1997.They showed that the number of bacteria and actinomyces in soil was lower in early growing stage of crops and was raised during vigorous growing stage and crop maturing period,while the fungus was higher in number during early stage than the later.Soybean among the three crops tested had the best promotion on soil microbe.
