摘  要:用越橘组培苗的叶片作为外植体 ,进行不定芽再生植株的研究。以改良的 WPM为其基本培养基 ,添加玉米素5 mg· L- 1 ,不定芽再生率高达 90 %。所用品种中除乔治亚姆外均有相当高的再生率。培养基中的玉米素浓度低于 5mg· L- 1时 ,不定芽的再生率也随之下降 ;基本培养基中加入 TDZ和 BA,再生率只为 0 %~ 30 %。不定芽的增殖、生根、温室锻炼。Shoot regeneration from in vitro leaf segments of highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L.),including four northern highbush blueberry (Sierra,Sunrise,Duke,Elliot)and one southern highbush blueberry (Geogiagem).Modified WPM was used as basic medium supplemented with the cytokinin zeatin.High regeneration frequency was obtained at 5 mg·L -1 zeatin,accounted for 90%.Conversely,medium containing TDZ at 1,2 or 3 mg·L -1 only got very low regeneration percent(0%~30%).And medium with BA at 1,3 or 5 mg·L -1 promoted no adventitious shoots from leaf segments.The adventitious shoots were multiplied and rooted.The plantlets were transplanted into greenhouse and established in the field.
