形变对低碳钢中碳化物析出的影响

摘　　要：研究了SS400低碳钢在中高温形变及形变后停留时显微组织的变化。结果表明:在形变过程中,伴随着碳化物析出;形变后在某一温度下停留时,碳化物的析出形态和位置发生变化。Deformation and microstructure change of SS400 low carbon steel at middle and high temperature,different holding times after deformation were investigated.The resules show that there are carbides precipitated during deformation,and the morpha and situs of carbide change during holding at certain temperatures.
