摘  要:以WQ4 90D钢为例 ,对冲击试验的不确定度进行了分析计算 ,得到无论纵向还是横向 ,无论常温还是低温其不确定度很大 ,最大约 34J ,其中材料不均匀性而引起的不确定度分量的贡献就占了很大比例。因此建议 ,精确计算冲击不确定度需要首先寻找一种均匀物质 。The uncertainty of the impact test was analytically calculated with steel WQ490D as the testing sample.Results indicate that the uncertainty in the test is extremely great and the maximum arrives at 34J no matter whether it's measured in vertical or in horizontal,and whether it's at normal temperature or at low temperature.The uncertainty caused by the inhomogeneity of the material takes up a very large percentage of the total value.It is therefore recommended that to calculate accurately the uncertainty in the impact test firstly it is imperative to find out a homogeneous material as the testing sample.
