摘　　要：分析了吉林省水稻优质高产生产中存在的问题,阐述了水稻优质高产节本增效栽培技术应采取的措施,从而调动农民的种稻积极性,以达到增产增收的目的.Based on the existing problems on the production of high-quality, high-yield rice of Jilin province,the measures of how to produce high-quality, high-yield, cost-saving and synergy cultivated technique to rice were stated, thus coming up to the aim of increasing the production and revenue of rice.
