摘 要:介绍了LPG 柴油双燃料发动机电控喷气系统的设计。以P87C552单片机为控制单元的核心,采用高速电磁阀作为执行元件,采用实时多任务的控制方案建立发动机管理系统,以LR6105柴油机为样机进行匹配试验,试验结果表明:该控制系统能够对掺烧LPG量进行精确控制,使得改装后发动机的烟度排放大幅度降低,同时可兼顾控制HC、CO的排放。The design of electronically controlled gas injection system of dual fuel engines was introduced. The P87C552 single-chip microprocessor was used as the kernel of electronic control unit (ECU), the high speed digital solenoid valve was used as the actuator. Real-time multitask control method was applied for the software to manage the engine. This system was matched with the LR6105 diesel engine. The results show that this electronic control system can control the injection of LPG accurately so that the soot emission was reduced largely, and at the same time, the emissions of HC and CO were controlled in allowed range.
