二点叶蝉的生物学特性及人工饲养

摘　　要：二点叶蝉是玉米鼠耳病的一种重要介体昆虫,以禾本科作物及杂草为食。研究表明该种群具有一定的趋光性和趋嫩绿性等特点,若虫共5龄。二点叶蝉对玉米的选择性最强,画眉草的选择性最弱。四川北部地区该虫1a发生3代,以越冬代和第1代危害严重。室内饲养二点叶蝉种群时,以5～7叶龄的玉米最佳。C. bipunctella, as an important vector insect transmitting maize wallaby ear virus, fed on gramineous crops and weeds. The population shows such behavior as high preference of illumination and preference of green leaves and so on. There are 5 nymphal instars. Adults display the strongest preference for corn and the weakest for Avena fatua L. It has three generations a year in northern Sichuan province and brings about the reduction of corn by the overwintering generation and the first generation mainly. Corn with 5～7 leaves is the comfortable host for artificial rearing.
