摘　　要：分析了网络时代高校图书馆参考咨询工作的手段、咨询源及工作方式的变化,提出了高校图书馆应开展专题咨询跟踪服务,设立学科咨询联络员等参考咨询工作模式。This paper analyzes the variations of the means, consultancy resources and working modes of the reference and consultancy work of university library in network times, and puts forward that the university library should carry out monographic consultancy and tracking service, and should establish subject consultancy contactor.
