摘　　要：针对目前我国数字图书馆建设中存在的各自为政、相对分散、重复建设等诸多问题,提出了今后数字图书馆建设中应着重解决好的几个主要问题,如公共平台的建立、标准的规范和统一、版权保护和使用权限问题以及数字化资源的开发与利用和人才培养等。In the light of the problems existing in the construction of digital library in China such as the shortage of coordination, relative decentralization, repeat construction, etc., this paper puts forward several problems should be solved in the construction of digital library, such as the establishment of the public flatform, the normalization and unification of standards, the protection and authority of copyright, and the development and utilization of digitalized resources, and the training of talents, etc.
