摘　　要：对拜尔法高压溶出过程中加热器壁结疤形成较快的成因及结疤组成进行了分析与探讨,提出了抑制结疤生成的相应措施。This paper makes analysis on the causes why the rolling skin on the wall of the heater forms more rapidly in the course of high-pressure stripping with Bayer process, probes into the components of the rolling skin, and puts forward some corresponding measures for limiting the formation of the rolling skin.
