摘　　要：该文提出一种新型呼叫接纳控制算法.算法依概率对新连接申请进行接纳判决.接纳概率的计 算取决于网络管理者制定的接纳控制策略。给出了算法的设计思想和规则描述。仿真结果验证了这种算法的 有效性和可实现性。This paper presents a new call admission control algorithm. During call admission control period, for a particular call the algorithm admits the call with a certain probability, where the exact probability is based on the control policies decided by network management system. The idea and rules of the algorithm are explained in detail. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the algorithm.
