摘　　要：下岗女工就业难源于我国结构性调整中就业体系的不完善 ,更重要的还在于下岗女工的就业观念落后及其自身素质不高。下岗女工在新形势下需要重新定位自己 ,摆脱思想束缚 ,提高素质 ,重树自信 。The diffculties of laid off females’s re employment lie out only in present imperfect restructurying of employment system but also more in laid off female worker’s poor quality and their inappropriate understanding of employment. To find a way out, they should reposition and improve themselves as well as dating their outlook on employment.
