摘　　要：在经济全球化和资本自由化背景下 ,资本外逃严重削弱了中国经济发展的后劲。文章从中国国际收支平衡表几组数字入手 ,分析了中国资本外逃产生的原因、种类、方式、影响和防范措施。Under the circumstances of economic globalization and capital liberalization, the phenomenon of capital flight greatly affects and undermines China’s potential power of economic development. This paper analyzes the causes, types, and ways of capital flight as well as the methods to prevent it by means of analyzing several figures from China’s Balance of Payments.
