摘  要:为了探讨烤烟幼苗不同器官清除活性氧能力大小,以3个烤烟品种的幼苗为材料,对叶片、茎尖和根尖的SOD,CAT,POD的活性大小进行比较。结果表明:(1)SOD和CAT的活性都是叶片的最大,茎尖次之,根尖的最小。(2)POD的活性是根尖的最大,茎尖次之,叶片的最小。(3)可溶性糖的含量是茎尖最大,叶片次之,根尖的最小;可溶性蛋白和Vc含量是叶片的最大,茎尖次之,根尖的最小。(4)不同的品种各器官之间的CAT,SOD,POD活性大小和Vc的含量以NC89最大,云烟85次之,K326最小。To properly explore the ability of eliminating active oxygen in different organs of tobacco seedlings, activities of SOD, CAT and POD and the soluble contents of sugar, protein and Vc in the leaves, stem tips and root tips were determined and compared, The results showed as follows: The leaves had the highest activities of SOD, CAT,the highest content of soluble protein and Vc and the lowest activities of POD. Root tips showed the highest activities of POD and lowest activities of SOD, CAT as well as the lowest content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and Vc. Stem tips had the highest content of soluble sugar and the lowest contents or activities of all other items. Activities of CAT, SOD, POD and Vc content in different tobacco varieties were compared and the sequence from high to low was NC89, Yunyan85 and K326.
