摘  要:研究了早籼稻品种珍汕97的七成熟胚和成熟胚诱导愈伤组织及植株再生的条件,通过改变大量元素的配比和培养条件,可较大的提高其愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的频率;发现大量元素对珍汕97的愈伤组织诱导培养有着重要作用,其中氨态氮与硝态氮的比列尤为重要结果表明:7成熟胚和成熟胚在氨态氮与硝态氮的比列在2∶1时诱导效果最好,其愈伤组织的分化能力也最好;在12h光照条件下愈伤组织的分化能力明显高于暗培养。The culture conditions of callus formation and plant regeneration of 70% mature embryo and mature embryo of indica rice (variety Zhenshan 97) were studied, by selecting and differentiating the huge elements and the different photoperiod condition.The results showed that the proportion of NH_4^+ and NO_3^- is very important in huge elements. The calli inductivity and plantlet regenerative rate were the highest when the embryo was cultured in the media that the proportion of NH_4^+/NO_3^- equals 2/1. At the same time we found that the plantlet regeneration rate of the callus which was cultured by 12h light treatment per day was higher then cultured in dark all day.
