龟分支杆菌感染的组织病理特征及分离菌株的超微结构研究

摘　　要：目的　研究深圳某医院术后龟状分支杆菌感染的组织病理特征以及分离菌株的超微结构。　方法　对 2 2例患者 ,取病灶区病变组织 ,作石蜡包埋、切片、染色与镜检 ;并对分离的菌株作常规电镜样品制备、Epon 812包埋 ,超薄切片 ,铀铅染色 ,日立H 60 0透射电镜观察。　结果　 2 2例病例标本中 9例为结核样肉芽肿病变 ,13例呈非特异性慢性炎症改变。电镜下观察分离菌株呈长杆状 ,形态与龟分支杆菌脓肿亚种标准株 (ATCC1977)基本相似 ,核糖体电子密度较标准株深。　结论　此次龟状分支杆菌院内感染的组织病理改变呈多样性 ,其离菌株超微结构与龟分支杆菌脓肿亚种标准株 (ATCC1977)基本相似。Objective To survey the pathologic characteristics and micro structure of M chelonae Methods 22 tissue samples were collected from the patients with M chelonae occurred in a Shenzhen hospital.All the tissue samples were embedded with paraffine,sliced,stained and observed with microscopy,and the micro structure of the isolated M chelonae strains were analyzed with electron microscopy Results The pathological characteristics put up with formation of granulomas and chronic non specific inflammation The micro structure of the isolates was similar to that of the standard strain ATCC1977 Conclusion The pathological characteristics was various and the micro structure of the isolates was similar to that of the standard strain ATCC1977
