摘 要:目的 提高昆明鼠抗弓形虫强毒株 (RH株 )的免疫力 ,延长其生存时间 ,为进行相关实验研究提供动物模型。方法 对实验组 (已感染弓形虫弱毒株 (AH株 )并进入带虫免疫状态的昆明鼠 )和对照组 (健康昆明鼠 )同时感染弓形虫强毒株 (RH株 )观察其发病情况及生存时间。结果 慢性带虫感 (染弱毒株 AH株 )小鼠接种强毒株后发病时间及生存时间均比健康昆明鼠感染强毒株 (RH株 )后大为延长 ,最短为 7天 ,最长为 30 .5天 ,而对照组小鼠在 3~ 4天内全部死亡。结论 感染弱毒株 (AH株 )进入慢性带虫感染阶段的昆明鼠具有较强的抵抗强毒株 (RH株 )攻击的能力 。Objective To improve immunity of KM murine against virulent RH strain of Toxoplasma,to extend its duration of life and provide model for related research.Methods The treated group (being infected by hypotoxic AH strain of toxoplasma and is in immunity condition with cyst) and the control group(healthy KM murine) were infected by RH strain of toxoplasma.The clinical signs and their survival time were observed.Results The survival time of the treated group inoculated by virulent AH strain of toxoplasma was significantly longer than that of the control group.The shortest extended time was y days.The longest extended time was 30.5 days.Control group murine died in 3-4 days.Conclusion KM murine infected hyptotxic AH strain of Toxoplasma have stronger ability against attack from virulent RH strain of Toxoplasma.Thereby,their survival time was extended.
