几种松科植物基因组总DNA的提取

摘　　要：采用 CTAB法和蛋白酶 K法 ,提取校园内几种松科植物新梢、种子及幼叶的总 DNA,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测 ,无降解发生 .利用 PCR- SSCP初步分析了这几种针叶树的叶绿体 m at K基因 ,结果表明 :提取的总 DNA可以进行 PCR-We extracted genomic DNA from several species leaf,seed and branch of Pinaceae by methods of CTAB and Proteinase K.The obtained DNA was assayed by agarose gel electrophoresis.The result showed that the extracted total DNA hadnt degradated.The chlorophlase gene matK and a fraction within this gene were analyzed by PCR SSCP.The result indicated that the isolated total DNA was ready for using in PCR SSCP.
